We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, email us at glowupbeauty@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at glowupbeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Yes, refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
