You can request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at glowupbeauty@gmail.com. After this period, we may not be able to modify the order as it will already be in processing.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, email us at glowupbeauty@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at glowupbeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
